Dr. Cherylann Bourne-Hayes
Education and experience
I have an undergraduate degree from Alabama A&M University in Biology, a masters from University of Phoenix and Doctorate from Walden University. I am currently teaching APES (AP environmental science and EES (earth and environmental science). This year (2016) marks the start of my 17th year of teaching and 7th year in CMS. Other subjects I have taught are oceanography and middle school science. |
More about me
I am originally from Barbados and have lived in the US since 1984. I am married with two sons and a stepson who lives in Virginia. My oldest son is in the Army and mine nine year old is a student at Bain Elementary. My husband is also a teacher in CMS. I love to travel and have lived all over the US, Germany, and Hawaii. I also love to cook and entertain. In college I was on the women's track team and ran the 100m, 200m, and 400m.. My dream places to visit are Iceland and Alaska. |
